Before the game accepts payment it needs terms drafted with proper legal advice, covering at minimum: purchases and refunds, VAT on digital goods sold into the EU, the rules around randomised packs, card trading between players, and account suspension.

Nothing in ClashBits can be sold, cashed out or exchanged for money, and cards are not transferable outside the game.
